A question is not neutral. It creates an orientation, activates a search, and produces an output shaped by its own structure. Most people think of questions as vessels that collect answers — but the research shows a well-formed question produces fundamentally different cognitive outputs. The output is not a list of good questions. It is The Question Architecture.
