What I Notice About Myself gives children ages 8 to 11 whose parent is working through the Know Your Child series their own observation journal — the same child observed from two angles: what the parent notices and what the child notices about themselves — and builds the documented self-portrait from the inside out. This journal is for the child who has things going on that the grown-ups around them might not see — and who is ready to notice and name them on paper. A Companion to the Know Your Child Series builds the two-sided picture.
