The Name It First Experience
There is a substitute today. The room feels different. Some kids are testing what they can get away with. In The Substitute, you choose what you do. Do you go along with the room? Do you keep things normal? Do you help the substitute? Each path leads somewhere different. Your Substitute Agreement names what you chose in that room and what you would say to yourself at the end of the day about it. Your Substitute Agreement is stress-tested and signed.
