This kit gives co-parenting partners a weekly practice: structured questions that surface the decisions that need both of you, a space to flag what each child seems to be going through, and a format that keeps the parenting conversation from getting swallowed by the logistics of keeping a household running. Grounded in family systems research on co-parenting alignment and Gottman's work on parents as teammates. At the end of each session, you'll have The Parenting Check-In Agreement.
