For the person rebuilding identity after trauma who is no longer in crisis, not yet fully themselves, and needs a structured tool for the work that treatment initiates but does not complete.
The Name It First Experience
Trauma changes the self. Not the facts of who you are — your name, your relationships, your history — but the way you experience yourself, other people, and the world. After trauma, many people describe a gap: who they were before and who they are now, with unclear territory in between. This workbook is for that territory. You will document who you were before. You will write an honest account of what the trauma did to your sense of self. You will build the identity reconstruction from what has always been yours. The output is not recovery. It is The Identity After Trauma Agreement.
