The Name It First Experience
The dishes are in the sink. The trash needs to go out. Nobody asked you to do it. In The Chore, you choose what happens next. Do you wait for someone to ask? Do you do it now? Do you pretend you did not notice? Each path leads somewhere different. Your Chore Agreement names what needed doing, what you chose, and what it meant. Your Chore Agreement is stress-tested and signed.
