Maori families carry knowledge that is rooted in whakapapa — in the connections between people, places, and ancestors that define who you are and where you belong. This journal is built to help you record that knowledge: the names of tupuna, the stories of hapu and iwi, the language, the traditions, the things your whanau carries that deserve to be preserved.
