The Name It First Experience
Someone grabbed you. Or they kept tickling after you said stop. Or they gave you a hug you did not want. Maybe they were playing. Maybe they are your friend. In My Body My Rules, you navigate what to do when your body is involved and you did not choose it. What do you say? Who do you tell? Each path leads somewhere different. Your Body Rules Agreement names what happened, what you said, and what you know now about your right to say it. Your Body Rules Agreement is stress-tested and signed.
