Aboriginal Australian families carry knowledge that has existed for tens of thousands of years — in Country, in kinship, in language, in the stories that belong to specific mobs and places. Much of that knowledge is held by people, and some of it is at risk of being lost. This journal is built to help you record what your family knows: the stories, the connections to Country, the language, the names of those who came before. My Aboriginal Australian Family Stories is a record you make for your family and for the generations that follow.
