A structured space for naming what polskość gave you, where Catholic tradition and personal independence pull against each other, and who you are on your own terms — regardless of what Matka Polka carried and what you have been asked to carry since. Your faith and your desires are both real. This document names both. The output is not a verdict on Polish womanhood. It is Your Polish Identity Document.
